Happy Dog Times

I’ll Bet this Couple Loved Their Dog More Than You Love Yours

I found an article in  US News (and World Report) that a couple in England spent $100,000 to have their deceased dog cloned.

According to this article the couple sent the deceased dog’s DNA to a South Korea-based firm that specializes in dog  cloning for $100,000 per procedure. The lab, which is the only one of its kind in the world, says it has successfully cloned hundreds of dogs.

The story went on to report that he couple actually got two puppies from their procedure.

I love my dog, Maggie, but must admit I don’t love her enough to spend $100,000 to have her cloned

Here’s  a link to the complete article if you’d like to read more.

Would you have your dog cloned?

How about you? Would you spend the $100,000?

I’d love to get your responses.
